The Norcross City Council will consider right-of-way acquisition of six small parcels of land for the Beaver Ruin Multi-Use Trail Project at their next city council meeting at 6:30 p.m. Monday at City Hall, 65 Lawrenceville St. The majority of this land is at the corner of Beaver Ruin Road and Alston Trace and includes negotiations with the Creekside Subdivision Homeowners Association. A proposed condemnation process allows the acquisition to move forward, and gives the parties the opportunity to access the proceeds.

The multi-use trail project will provide sidewalk and bicycle trail improvements adjacent to Beaver Ruin Road within Norcross city limits.
