Either way, hopefully this will help: Osborne High School students will do your taxes for free today and tomorrow. (Tuesday, you know, the tax filing DEADLINE.)

7 tips for procrastinating taxpayers before the deadline

Osborne’s IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance — VITA — center caters to taxpayers with low to moderate incomes.

It is run by the students and staff at History Makers Church, on Windy Hill Road in Marietta, to teach the students about business.

Osborne has been running the tax center since 2011, according to the Cobb County School District. Similar programs are being run at high schools in Gwinnett and community centers in Fulton counties.

In that time, the district claims students have prepared more than 1,300 tax returns, yielding $800,000 in refunds.

Decomposed body found near I-20 in DeKalb County

A decomposed body was found on I-20 near Flat Shoals Road, DeKalb Police confirmed.  Authorities are not sure if the body is that of a man or a woman, DeKalb police spokeswoman Shiera Campbell told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.  An anonymous tipster notified police of the body about 6:30 p.m. No other details were released.
