Funeral arrangements are set for Lun Thang, the 4-year-old Clarkston girl who died in what police are calling a hit-and-run while she walked to school.
Wages and Sons' Stone Mountain chapel is hosting the service Saturday at 4 p.m., the funeral home's website said. Meanwhile the search is on for the driver who allegedly hit her outside DeKalb County Schools' Indian Creek Elementary on Wednesday morning.
Lun, her brother and another relative were in a crosswalk when a dark, older model sedan, possibly a Toyota or a Honda, hit the child, police said.
The girl, a kindergartner who loved to sing, flew into the air and hit a PT Cruiser.

The sedan paused momentarily but then fled, police said.
Lun was rushed to the hospital but later died.
A fundraiser by a family friend is hoping to help with funeral expenses. The site says Lun was the middle child, with a 6-year-old sister and a month-old brother.
At Indian Creek Elementary, crossing guards are set to be starting their work 30 minutes earlier for the rest of the year, DeKalb County Schools said.
Lun was struck just before crossing guards’ normal start time, 7 a.m.
