Earlier this month design firms Stantec and MWH, now Stantec relocated from their respective Atlanta offices to one combined office in the Peachtree Center International Tower in downtown Atlanta.

After nearly 50 years in Atlanta, both Stantec teams will be housed in the new location, at 229 Peachtree Street NE Suite 1900, which provides a central, customized work environment. The combined office will host 40-plus professionals who provide a wide range of design services – from transportation and water/wastewater design, to landscape architecture, financial rate studies, and program management.

Becky Hachenburg, Stantec vice president moved to Atlanta two years ago to be a part of this energized community. “We’re excited that our new location will place us right in the heart of Metro-Atlanta, and offer transit and other commuting opportunities for our staff. Being housed in a higher-functioning space will allow better partnership among our forty staff members,” says Hachenburg.

The Stantec and MWH teams have been part of many transformational projects in Atlanta, like the 10th Street Cycle Track, Arthur Langford Park, City of Atlanta Wastewater Consent Decree Program and Raw Water Supply Tunnel, and Gwinnett County’s Water Reuse Studies.
