DeKalb County to hold public meeting to discuss Pleasantdale Park sale


The DeKalb County Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs Department will hold a public meeting to discuss the sale of 7.1 acres of Pleasantdale Park to the DeKalb County Board of Education 5:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 30. The meeting will be held at Pleasantdale Elementary School, 3695 Northlake Drive, Atlanta.

The 24-acre Doraville park is home to baseball, softball, football and soccer teams. It has a multi-use field, multi-use court, playground, picnic area and trails.
