Cops: Suspects stole wallet at Gwinnett Walmart, used cards at Kroger

Gwinnett County police are trying to identify these two women. Police believe they stole credit cards and used them at a Kroger.

Gwinnett County police are searching for two women who they believe stole a Walmart shopper’s wallet and used the credit cards at a Kroger.

The victim lost her wallet on Dec. 11 at the Walmart on Buford Drive in Buford. Shortly after noticing it was missing, the woman discovered that multiple credit cards that were in the wallet had been used at a Kroger in Sugar Hill.

Surveillance footage released by police showed two women who are considered suspects. Detectives are asking the public to help identify them.

Anyone with information on this case is asked to contact Gwinnett County detectives at 770-513-5300 or Crime Stoppers at 404-577-8477. Crime Stoppers tips may be rewarded with up to $2,000 if they lead to an arrest or indictment.
