The Chamblee City Council will consider approval of the choice of Assistant Municipal Court Prosecutor during the regular meeting at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 18, at Chamblee City Hall, 5468 Peachtree Road. The appointee was recommended by the municipal judge, Angela Duncan and also the city prosecutor, Erica Dove.

The council will also discuss approval to dispose of surplus vehicles by the Chamblee Police Department. Two vehicles, a 1993 Ford E-350 and a 1997 Lexus LX450, would be auctioned by an approved auction house if approved.
