The Brookhaven City Council will hold a public hearing during the meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Brookhaven City Hall, 4362 Peachtree Road. The public hearing is to discuss the annexation of Woodcliff, which is property located in land lots 152 and 157 of District 18 of DeKalb County.
According to the Official Code of Georgia, the city could annex the property because the property owner, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, owns more than 60 percent of the land in question and has applied for the annexation. The property lies south of Interstate 85, east of North Druid Hills Road and north of Briarcliff Road.
