Gwinnett County school officials dodged a bullet earlier this month when predictions of rough weather didn’t materialize and schools remained open.

On Thursday, district officials discussed a plan to teach students even if they have to close schools for several days due to inclement weather.

Sorry students.

If the school district closes schools for more than three days, they’ll conduct learning online. Teachers will post assignments and students will access the information digitally. Students without internet access will receive alternative assignments. Teachers will be available online to work with students during school hours.
