At American Craft Council show, artist makes nature fashionable

Spring is about to spring up all over Atlanta, but at no place more so than this weekend at Cobb Galleria Centre. That is where the American Craft Council Atlanta Show and the Southeastern Flower Show, independent annual events joined this year by happenstance, are setting up shop.

American Craft Council Atlanta Show
10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. $13, $20 three-day pass, free under 12. Preview party, 6-9 p.m. Thursday, $75 advance, $85 door. Cobb Galleria Centre, 2 Cobb Galleria Parkway, Atlanta. 770-955-8000, craftcouncil.org/atlanta.
The crafts show is extending complimentary entry (same day only) to ticket holders of the Southeastern Flower Show (www.sehort.org), also at Cobb Galleria Centre. Crafts show ticket holders get $5 off flower show admission.
