A man accused of aggravated child molestation against a 3-year-old girl turned himself in at a Doraville police station Sunday morning.

Rudy Martinez, 38, of Guatemala, was considered by detectives an “extreme flight risk,” Doraville police spokesman Gene Callaway said.
