2 injured in shooting in northwest Atlanta

Police are looking for three people who were seen leaving the area in a white vehicle.

Two people were injured, one critically, in an overnight shooting in northwest Atlanta.

The incident happened just after 11 p.m. Thursday outside a residence on Wadley Street, Atlanta police told Channel 2 Action News.

One person was shot multiple times and rushed to Grady Memorial Hospital in critical condition, the television station reported. The other was shot in the leg and taken to Atlanta Medical Center in stable condition.

Police are looking for three people who were seen leaving the area in a white vehicle at the time of the shooting, according to Channel 2.
