A fourth person has been arrested and is accused of killing his own relative in a shootout last week between more than a half-dozen people in Walton County.

Jotavious "Lucky" Fredrick Gunn, 19, turned himself in at the Newton County jail Sunday night, the GBI said.

Gunn faces two counts of felony murder and two counts of aggravated assault in the shooting deaths of his relative Dontravious Cullin-Stanley and Antavious Smith, authorities said.

Gunn’s arrest follows three others, including two people Gunn is related to, GBI spokeswoman Nelly Miles said.

Dequan Gunn, 19, his brother Quintadric Gunn, 21, and Dikembe Thomas, 20, were arrested and charged with two counts of felony murder and two counts of aggravated assault, the GBI said. The suspects live in Social Circle.

Their arrests are tied to an incident that deputies were called to Thursday at a home on East Hightower Trail in Social Circle.

When officers arrived, they found two victims.

Cullin-Stanley, 18, was dead at the scene, GBI agent Jesse Maddox said. Smith, 19, was taken to Atlanta Medical Center, where he later died.

Jotavious Gunn also faces charges of misdemeanor battery and felony criminal damage to property in the second degree, according to Newton County Jail records.
