These are the most expensive neighborhoods in Atlanta in 2016

Atlanta isn’t the easiest place in the world to live. It’s more expensive than ever, with rents rising faster than incomes. Living in the city is a problem for an increasing number of Atlanta residents. According to census data the AJC published last year, you’d need to spend between $1,400 and $4,000 per month to afford rent in the luxury apartment complex Inman Quarter in the Old Fourth Ward. That’s high, it actually isn’t the priciest area in the metro.

ApartmentList.com polled its rental data for the city and found the most expensive neighborhoods. These are the areas where two-bedroom apartments cost the most on average, in descending order.
