Several full-service hotels are planned for metro Atlanta, including:
Brookhaven: a 176-room Hyatt hotel in the Perimeter Summit office complex across I-285 from Perimeter Mall
Alpharetta: two hotels, including one full-service property, in the Avalon mixed-use development
Gwinnett: a 300-room Marriott convention hotel at Gwinnett Center in Duluth.
There also are major hotel renovations under way or recently completed, including:
Dunwoody: A hotel formerly carrying the W brand and other flags recently reopened as Le Meridien.
Midtown: The former Hotel Midtown is being reborn as a Hyatt at 10th and Peachtree streets.
