The third-floor space is a movie/playroom combo. The space provides another casual place for Matthew and Becky to relax and play with their son. A film reel from Kirkland's hangs on the wall, adding to the Hollywood theme established by their personalized movie poster, and a throw pillow in the style of a movie ticket sits on the sofa.

Matthew and Becky Jones brought their love for the Blue Ridge Mountains into their suburban Atlanta home.

In their son’s nursery, for example, they decorated with stuffed toy bears, artwork of forest creatures and a hand-painted mountain mural by Matthew in a soothing gray and blue palette.

“It does add a lot of character to the room,” Becky said. “We wanted Zac to have a nice space.”

The connection to their Cherokee County home also was instant for the couple, who moved from Columbus.

“Just walking in, and the feel of the light and the windows and the scenery just felt warm and inviting,” Becky said. “We live on Misty Mountain, which we love.”
