I attended an event at Bar Margot in the Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta, where they offered two signature cocktails, a Lady Victoria and a Gin Margot. Would you be able to request the recipe for their Gin Margot? Cheers! — Kathleen Carey, Atlanta

Augusto Francisco, general manager of Bar Margot, was happy to supply the recipe and told us, “Local mixology experts, Greg Best and Paul Calvert, consulted with us to design an ongoing cocktail program which includes signature cocktails, such as the Gin Margot. Being inside the Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta, we felt Bar Margot needed a drink that plays well during lunch, right before a cab ride to the airport in the afternoon, and as an aperitif for dinner.”
