Hundreds of locals hit the Shops Buckhead Atlanta this weekend for the second annual Style South.
The event, a day-long series of special shopping events culminating in an outdoor fashion show, began on Thursday with a kick-off party at Buckhead Art & Company.
By Saturday evening, more than 300 people made their way to the plaza for a runway presentation featuring a range of retailers including Alice & Olivia, Metro, Theory, Joie, Tod's, Vilebrequin and more.
"This year's Style South event was really about showcasing our top-notch collection of brands and retailers and continuing to build our presence here at The Shops Buckhead Atlanta," said Anneliese Reid, marketing manager of The Shops Buckhead Atlanta.

In addition to the runway presentation, locals were invited to attend a ticketed brunch at noon before enjoying special shopping incentives at local stores and special tastings at restaurants.
Christian Louboutin offered free manicures with the purchase of any Louboutin nail lacquer as well as complimentary beverages. Nars offered 15-minute glam makeovers and Diptyque helped guests create their own potpourri with their newest fragrance, Vetyverio Eau de Parfum.
Georgetown Cupcake gave out free cupcakes to the first 200 guests, while other retailers offered free drink specials. From 5 - 6 p.m., restaurants including Dolce Italian, Qing Mu and American Cut & The Regent Cocktail Club provided free light bites and special drinks to attendees.
This year, the event also featured a "Spend and Receive" program which proved to be so popular, organizers had to double the amount of offers initially on hand within the first hour of shopping.
Under the program, guests who spent $500 received $100 back and guests who spent $1,000 received $200 back, both in the form of American Express gift cards.
